Individual Coaching
Heal the past. Free the future
Service Description
Breaking free from generational patterns isn’t easy. I know that not just professionally, but personally too. And while this work can feel confronting at times, it’s also where the most powerful shifts happen. In our sessions, we don’t just talk about what’s happening on the surface. We gently explore the deeper layers—past experiences, relational patterns, and, where relevant, sexual experiences or traumas that may still be shaping how you feel in your body, your relationships, and your sense of self. For some people, that might look like working through early conditioning, shame, or past sexual experiences. For others, it might be navigating desire, low libido, sexual confidence, identity, or feeling disconnected from intimacy altogether. There’s no “right” reason to come—just a willingness to explore. Using approaches like inner child work, parts work (IFS), narrative therapy, and somatic awareness, we begin to untangle what you’ve inherited—beliefs, roles, protective patterns—and gently challenge what no longer serves you. We also work with the nervous system and the body, because real change doesn’t just happen cognitively—it needs to be felt and integrated. This is often where resistance shows up. That’s not a problem—it’s part of the process. It usually means we’re getting close to something important. My work is grounded in sexology, which means I support clients across a wide range of experiences—including sexual wellbeing, dysfunctions, desire discrepancies, and identity (including LGBTQIA+ experiences)—in a way that is respectful, inclusive, and free from shame or judgement. You don’t have to stay bound by the past. You get to rewrite the patterns, reconnect with yourself, and create relationships—both with yourself and others—that feel more aligned, more alive, and more like you. The work starts with you. But the ripple effect? That’s the legacy.
