In our work together, we’ll gently explore your family’s emotional blueprint using tools like inner child work, parts work (IFS), and narrative therapy. We’ll identify the beliefs, roles, and patterns you inherited—often without even realising—and begin to challenge the ones that are holding you back. We’ll work with the body too, through somatic awareness and nervous system regulation, so the shifts happen not just in your head, but in your whole being. This is where the ego might dig in and resist. That’s normal. And it’s also where real change begins. You don’t have to stay bound by the past. You get to write a new story—one that’s more aligned, more connected, and truly yours. The healing starts with you. But the ripple effect? That’s the legacy.
