we all need someone to talk to

We all need connection.
We all need to be heard.
We all need to be seen.
We all need to be validated.

We all need to be understood.
We all need support—especially when our friends have had enough of our BS!

I do that for people (young and old)

and I do it really well.

We also need

  • Someone to hold up a mirror.

  • A friendly kick up the arse.

  • To grow.

  • To evolve.

  • To break generational patterns.

Turns out, I do that really well too.

So if you're looking for a safe place to land for you or your kids, where you're seen, heard, and understood—but you're also ready to get uncomfortable and done with your own BS—I'm ready for you.

About Me

I bring decades of both professional expertise and lived experience, just not the kind that sits neatly on a résumé.

My understanding of people, relationships, trauma, and resilience hasn’t just been studied, it’s been lived.

I grew up in a complex and unsafe environment, navigated loss, mental health challenges, and the realities of rebuilding life more than once. I’ve experienced the impact of trauma, disconnection, and starting over, and I’ve also done the work to heal, grow, and create something different.

That journey is what allows me to sit with people in the hard places, without judgement, without panic, and without needing to “fix” them.

Because I know change is possible. Not in theory, but in practice.

Alongside this, my work as a sexologist allows me to support clients with the often unspoken parts of life; sexual wellbeing, desire, dysfunction, identity, and the impact of past experiences on intimacy and connection.

Whether someone is working through sexual trauma, feeling disconnected from their body, navigating relationships, or exploring their identity, I provide a space that is informed, inclusive, and free from shame.

And if that all sounds a bit polished, don’t worry. I’m also human, imperfect, and someone who genuinely gets it.

what to expect working with me

✔ A safe, judgment-free space to talk.
✔ A mix of deep listening, honest reflection, and

real talk.

✔ No fluff, no BS—just what you need to move forward.

✔ Humour. Because while I’ll hold your hand as you explore the deepest, darkest parts of yourself, I sure as hell won’t let you stay there.

Is This for You?

✔ You want to feel seen, heard, and understood.
✔ You're tired of the same old patterns and ready for real change.
✔ You want someone who will listen—but also challenge you (with love).
✔ You’re brave, ready, accountable, and committed—otherwise, we’re just wasting each other’s time.
